Roles & Responsibilities
Sell IDFC financial products through inbound & outbound calls
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records and update databases
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure compliance with banking & regulatory standards
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve objectives
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (any discipline) – Mandatory
Virtual Care Executive: Age up to 32 years | Salary up to ₹26,000 take-home
Virtual Care Manager: Age up to 36 years | Graduation + Sales experience required | Salary up to ₹40,000 take-home
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of financial products preferred
